About the Speaker

Todd Mason is a technology strategist and business development leader at The IT Company, a Knoxville-based Managed Service Provider dedicated to delivering secure, strategic IT solutions for growth-focused organizations. With more than a decade of experience, Todd brings a unique, human-centered perspective to the evolving intersection of healthcare and technology.

He partners with healthcare organizations to tackle some of the industry’s most pressing challenges—improving workflow efficiency, enhancing cybersecurity, ensuring compliance, and exploring responsible applications of emerging technologies, such as, artificial intelligence. His work is rooted in a deep understanding of how technology can support better patient outcomes, improve staff experience, and streamline complex processes across clinical and administrative settings.

Outside of his professional role, Todd is a devoted husband to Sarah and proud father of five—Hunter, Baylor, Hadley, Griffin, and Tatum. He’s actively involved in his local community through coaching youth sports, attending church, and—when time allows—enjoying a round of golf and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.
