KAMGMA Monthly Meeting Sponsorship Opportunity
The fee for sponsoring a lunch meeting is $100/meeting. Your company spokesperson may address the group for five to eight minutes. You'll be able to present your information after the announcements, but before the main speaker of the day. You can tell about the services you offer. Feel free to bring any informational materials you may have, but please distribute on the tables before the meeting starts. Materials might include brochures, pamphlets, mugs, goodie bags, or other fabulous prizes. Please bring along a couple of door prizes also.
Your check for sponsorship should be made payable to KAMGMA, which you can bring to the meeting and give to Dee Dee or mail to PO Box 10322, Knoxville, TN 37939-0322. Your sponsorship will also be mentioned in our monthly newsletter, The East Tennessee Medical News, and on the event calendar of this KAMGMA website.
